Additional information

  • Safety: For your child’s safety, a parent/guardian must be present at all times during the session.
  • Nutrition: Children should eat at least 30 minutes before the SAQ session to ensure they have maximum energy.
  • Hydration: Please bring a water bottle to help keep your child hydrated. We will take water breaks during the session and recommend drinking plenty of water before and after.
  • Attire: T-shirt, shorts/sweatpants, and cleats are recommended.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session begins so your child can settle in and be ready to go at the start of the session.

About Coach Sanchez

Coach Sanchez has always been passionate about mindset, sports, weight training and helping others. With 6 NASM certifications, including 14+ years of weight training and nutrition experience, Coach Sanchez has also participated in and won two transformation challenges.

In addition, he has enhanced his sports mindset, training and nutrition toolbox by serving as a high school varsity football strength coach, while learning additional sports mindset, training and nutrition methods from professional coaches, trainers, former pro players and pro bodybuilders.
