Healthy Youth Sports Nutrition Program for Athletes

The Youth Sports Nutrition Program is an introductory virtual program to help youth athletes and their parents learn about nutrition fundamentals, why it is important and how it translates to success on the field or court. This virtual program includes two introductory 30-minute zoom sessions to go over these fundamentals and help youth athletes and their parents develop a plan to align it with their goals, age and timeframe. HYT Coach Sanchez will discuss general youth sports nutrition and tailor the guidance to the client, including recommendations and how to sustain progress.
