About Coach Sanchez

Coach Sanchez is a 40 year old father of a 7 year old boy and husband, who has also been a finance professional working for a Big 4 firm for the past 18 years. His passion has always been in nutrition and training, which is what has always driven his curiosity to constantly learn about these topics and ultimately the key reason to establishing HYT. He loves sports and Kobe Bryant was a player he idolized since he was 13, so he adopted the Mamba Mentality mindset in his everyday life from a young age, including his training and was a pivotal factor in nurturing his growth as a coach.

He created The Dadbod Program driven by his goal to help dads get healthier. As a father and husband, he knows first-hand the challenges dads go through daily to keep up with home, school, work and extracurricular activities. This program was created as a low-cost investment in your health, and an introduction to kick off your journey to getting healthier. It will teach you the fundamental concepts around nutrition, training and mindset that will help you understand how all the components work together and ultimately set you up for long-term success.
